The latest upgraded 5 axis breakout board is specially designed for the CNC single axis 2-phase stepper driver controller. The breakout board uses high-performance three-state driver 74HC244 and Schmitt inverter 74HC14. The input signal is amplified, rectified, filtered to make the drive capability of the output signal more stable and stronger. With this 5 axis breakout board, any 1-5 Microstepper driver controllers can be directly controlled by the PC via the MACH3, KCAM4, WinPc Light etc. parallel-control CNC software.
The M335 is a high performance microstepping driver with low price. The M335 adopts single-chip PWM bipolar sinusoidal chopper to ensure low vibration and high efficiency. It is suitable for driving 2-phase and 4-phase hybrid stepping motors, so the Nema16, Nema17, Nema23 stepper motors with a 0.5A-3.5A current will be suitable.

I. 5-Axis Breakout Board

All the signals are opto-isolated which can protect your computer.
5-input interfaces for the Limits, Emergence-Stop, Cutter alignment etc.
Wide input voltage range: 12-24V, and with anti-reverse function.
One relay output control interface , accessed by the spindle motor or the air pump, water pump, etc.
Output 0-10V analog voltage for inverter to control the spindle speed.
II. M335 Stepper Driver
Low cost, Non-creeping phenomenon under low speed. Low noise and non-resonant region.
1, 2, 8, 16 adjustable micro step control for more accurate and smoother motor running.
Supply voltage up to 30V DC .
Output current up to 3.5A .
Suitable for 2-phase and 4-phase motors.
High speed optoelectronic isolation signal input.
Automatic idle-current reduction.
Protection of power reversal.
Suitable for a variety of small sized automation equipment and instruments, such as: engraving machine, marking machine, cutting machine, laser typesetting, plotters, CNC machine tools, handling the devices.

12-24V DC power supply for Nema 16/17 stepper motors.

(High (≥ 30V) voltage will burn out the chips or stepper motors!!! Please be careful in choosing power supply.)
Output current of the power supply can be calculated by the following formula
Output current = Rated current of your stepper motors x quantity + 2A
If the supply current is too low for the drivers, it will easily burn the drivers.
Please SHUT DOWN the power before you plug or unplug the connectors and adjust the DIP Switches to avoid burning up the board.
