Shipment Terms

-Please list your special requests(color, value of declaration, etc.) in the REMARK when you send the payment. The period of process the order varies with the product type and stock status. Normally, we'll arrange the shipment in 3 days.

-All the orders shall be only shipped after your payment done. We could ship the items via Hongkong Post(Registered), EMS, DHL, Fedex based on practical situation and customer's requirement.

-We will send the tracking number to your Email when the package shipped out. Delivery time shall based on countries and shipping way

-As for the shipping address where only available for DHL, FedEx or UPS, if it is the "remote area" which identified by DHL, FedEx or UPS, the additional fee shall be paid by the buyer.

-If the package missed on the way, we would try our best to communicate with our post office and update the latest information for you as soon as possible. However, our response might be delay because of the time difference.

-We won't responsible for any shipping accidents, delays or other matters which caused by carriers or force majeure reasons.
